منابع محلی می‌گویند محمد نیسم، فرزند باقی، از باشندگان شهر جدید ولسوالی یغلیان، پس از بازگشت از خارج، توسط طالبان بازداشت و به‌شدت شکنجه شده است.

به گفته منابع، او پیش‌تر به‌عنوان قوماندان تولی در اردوی ملی افغانستان خدمت می‌کرد.

منابع می‌افزایند که طالبان پس از بازداشت، او را لت‌وکوب کرده، چشمش را کشیده و سپس با شلیک گلوله به سرش، به قتل رسانده‌اند.

تا اکنون طالبان درباره این رویداد و ادعای شکنجه و قتل محمد نیسم اظهارنظر نکرده‌اند.

منابع محلی در کابل می‌گویند که مأموران امر به معروف و نهی از منکر طالبان حدود ۱۶ زن را از مرکز این شهر بازداشت کرده‌اند.

یک منبع به روزنامه اطلاعات روز گفت که این زنان روز سه‌شنبه (۳۱ سنبله) از منطقه‌ی «شاه دوشمشیره» شهر کابل بازداشت شده‌اند.

به‌��فته‌ی منبع، شمار زنان بازداشت‌شده ابتدا ۲۰ نفر بودند، اما چهار نفر آنان پس از بررسی تلفن‌های همراه و ضمانت خانواده‌های‌شان، آزاد شدند و ۱۶ زن دیگر همچنان در بند هستند.

The Taliban never ending war against women in Afghanistan continues.
Today, women were once again were arrested in large numbers in Kabul. What is tragically ironic and funny is that the Taliban’s inability to protect Afghanistan’s airspace and territory, yet they have good ability to arrest defenseless women at any time any where with no accountability and intimidate them.

And to those who still insist that the Taliban war with Pakistan is “our war”: if it was ours,then instead of arresting our women, why not answer the questions about what is happening to Afghanistan?

The only thing I can say shame on for being a dark stain on the pages of our history.

Pakistan must now persuade the world - particularly the United States, occupied with Iran; Saudi Arabia, engaged with the Houthis; and China - that the self-made Taliban has slipped from control. The goal is to sever ties and identify a prompt means to remove the terrorist Taliban. Only solution!
