Restaurant idea:
Giant exterior-facing monitors instead of windows that display a grid of video feeds from cameras situated above every diner's eating position looking down at their plate.

We saw an awesome video game installation by @Babycastles called Flight Simulator where you play as an airline passenger and can look around in all directions (but not move), read a book, and take pictures on your phone.
