Hot take for security tooling vendors. You aren’t going to end alert fatigue for a customer unless:
1- the customer starts to trust what your tool is doing and knows their environment
2- the customer absolutely dgaf and is checking an audit box

@SwiftOnSecurity Being able to troubleshoot an ‘enterprise’ app that is core to business in a mediumish size network is a non-trivial skill. There are surprisingly few who can look at something like that from a wholistic level and get SMEs to get relevant data.
