One of the most important points from this study (and others) is that shifting from a high meat diet to low meat diet has huge positive environmental impacts, bigger absolute impact on many of these variables than from going from low meat to vegan.

Another high quality study from the team @UK_CEH shows worrying impacts of agriculture on our chitinous chums. UK bees, hoverflies, spiders, ground beetles & plant bugs declining, most strongly in areas with high cropland cover. Hoverflies declined sharply since 2007.
