Such a different experience, when a person simply stops to ask "hey, are you open to some feedback?" and schedules a quick zoom instead of launching into criticism on slack without warning.

I had a wild experience yesterday of receiving helpful and empathetic feedback from one coworker and then also receiving harsh feedback that made me cry and came without a warning from a leader.
