testing winners against variants of winners is the whole game.
doing it in 10 minutes instead of 10 days changes the math on how often you refresh creative.
Started A/B testing in @superscale_ai
fed it a static that's already printing by connecting my meta account.
told it to keep the hook intact and rotate the angle, the proof, the CTA. got back 25 variants i'd actually ship.
published them directly to my meta campaign from Superscale.
now I get weekly reports on the performance.
reports feed back to the ad creation process.
Comment "ads" + RT and I'll send you access
native-style ads are a CHEATCODE for scaling google ads
we're scaling these to $20k–$50k/week in spend on demand gen.
all cold traffic.
i made a guide breaking down how we pull it off.

"Affiliates don't really work for our brand." We hear this from almost every brand that has tried mass outreach, got sporadic results, and moved on.
The problem was never the channel.
Most brands on TikTok Shop are chasing spikes.
One creator pops → the video goes viral → GMV jumps for a week → then it drops → they scramble to find the next one → they send more samples → most creators never post → the ones who do get one video out and go quiet → the brand is back to zero.
This is what affiliate marketing looks like when you are showing up rather than building a system.
We witnessed a brand that generated 23,000 pieces of unique creator content in 90 days because they built momentum.
The first wave of affiliate content worked → other creators saw that as a signal → they piled in.
One creator who had never made a TikTok video made 3, drove £130,000 in GMV, and bought a Mercedes with the commission.
TikTok Shop does not reward brands that show up. It rewards brands that build systems.
I worked with @Cruva to put together the full blueprint for building that system. Creator identification, sample strategy, commission structure, and how to turn one-off posters into a compounding sales team.

$1m/month VSLs don’t start with copy
They start with research that makes the copy impossible to ignore
Before writing a single hook, you need to know:
what the customer says when nobody is selling to them
what they already tried and stopped believing
what competitors are promising but not proving
what studies/mechanisms can actually support the claim
what language creates trust vs skepticism
Most people ask AI to “write a VSL”
That’s why the script sounds generic
The real move is making AI build the research brief first
customer psychology
market awareness
clinical proof
competitor gaps
real review language
hidden opportunity gaps
Once that’s done, the VSL writes itself
rt + comment "brief" and I’ll send you the full VSL deep research prompt

$64k/month static ads don’t look “designed”
they look instantly understandable
most brands overcomplicate static ads with:
too much copy
weak contrast
unclear product shot
no visual hierarchy
no reason to stop scrolling
the winners are usually simple
one clear hook
one obvious product
one visual proof point
one clean offer
one reason to click now
that’s why static ads are still one of the fastest creative tests in ecommerce
you don’t need a huge video production cycle
you need 20 clean angles that make the product look sharper, more trustworthy, and easier to buy
rt + comment "adbook" and i’ll send you the static ads mastery guide
