Tbh I don't know what your bottleneck is but what I done was added a listicle to warm up the cold traffic, add alot of reasons for them to trust you at checkout maybe abit of urgency and after that other stuff dont move the needle alot but mainly comes down to ads, buying intent was not created.
Day 25 of locking in for q4:
Payment method declined yesterday so no sales due to cashflow issues.
Should be up and running tommorow though. Still planning for the ads that will be mass produced to hopefully find a winner.
When an arrow is being shot it needs to be taken back to go forward!
Day 24 of locking in for Q4:
$112 revenue
$52 ad spend
$35 COGS
2 orders, 4.5% CVR
net profit: +$3
Too busy need to make time to make more ads and weekend is too far, dont know what to do?
Was staring at a red day for most of it.
Then a last-minute sale came in and flipped it.
Today:
$37 spent
$96 revenue
2 orders
2.61 ROAS
$22 net profit
Not a big day and not a big spend, but green is green.
Still making more ads tomorrow. The creative is what scales this, not luck.
Shopify: looks great 📈
business manager: looks ugly 💀
some orders came from ads, some not attributed at all.
meta never shows the full picture so i'm judging off blended ROAS, not ads manager
37 sessions
6 add to carts
5 checkouts
4 purchases
BOOM! 10.8% conversion rate.
The store now converts. The bottleneck now is traffic.
Next: scale spend without letting the $18 CPA blow up.
