Day 17 to 1k/day

Started off the morning in the TRENCHES…

Burned through $40 with high CPM/CPC and low CTR.

THANKFULLY still ended the day green, I was able to fix it fast bc I was running 2 separate campaigns so I merged both together AND…

Not only did It fix my metrics but I started getting sales right away.

Lesson learned, guess the audiences were bidding against each other.

Also descaled too to see how these next few days go before I scale again.

Hopefully my natives start spending in my videos campaign, they already gotten sales in their own seperate campaign before.

But if they don’t get any spend what should I do then? Make more natives and drop them in the same adset?

I wanna start creating heavy volume here.

Day 18 to 1k/day

Reaching consistent profitable days, around 30% margins today.

Morning started really bad with high CPC but it picked up later around the day.

Im learning that letting it spend without touching the campaign sometimes is the best fix.

Gonna start scaling slowly again ONLY IF Roas stays at 2+ tomorrow.

NOW my question is…

WHY AREN’T MY NATIVES SPENDING???

I know they’re proven to get sales and I even added them in a separate adset so whats the issue? Im trying to get volume out here so what should I do?

Do I just keep making more natives and adsets to see if they start spending??

@ecomchai I use AI to breakdown the video and structure and transfer the winning idea into a different format

Woke up today and my metrics were looking VERY ROUGH (High CPC/high CPM).

I currently have 2 campaigns running similar audiences, one campaign running my natives and the other running my winning video.

Are these metrics being caused by ad fatigue? Or is each campaign competing against each other causing these metrics???

Might have to turn off the video campaign or just combine everything in a single campaign.

Crazy how only a few days ago I was asking if it was possible to hit 10k days with natives only and wow y’all really opened up my eyes…

I was trying to create SO MUCH formats (natives, statics, ai animation, etc.) just to try and find the “secret” creative format.

BUT I was having trouble with AI videos and it was just a mess.

I don’t think there is a secret format though…

Im just gonna double down and become skilled in one format completely before I try integrating more.

I now see whats possible with natives, gonna lock in on those.

Day 16 to 1k/day

Pretty good day honestly, made small profit but the point of today was to test the natives in a separate campaign which actually OUTPERFORMED my swiped winning creative.

This is GOOD bc…

1. I no longer have to rely on a swiped video creative.

2. I can start creating similar natives and test different variations on them.

Now I did notice my CPC went up and CPM on my natives were INSANE but…

Gonna let them optimize for the next few days and hopefully it stabilizes.
