@SpringNuts_@springsteen I went to a live morning radio broadcast before work and sat on the lap of The Greaseman (the DJ) in an attempt to win tickets to a 1985 show at DCโs RFK stadium. I was unsuccessful and ended up having to buy scalped tickets the night of.
@StevieVanZandt I had great grandparents who were also named Pasquale and Maria, but last name Paolucci. It was only much later I realized my mother Mary Grace was named after her grandmother, Maria Grazia (who I think had maybe just died).
@StevieVanZandt In the late 80s or so, Mark Kelso of the Buffalo Bills had a bigger, more padded, helmet to deal with his concussion issues. Announcer John Madden used to refer to it as the "Big Kazoo" due to resembling that cartoon character.
