(2/2) Got a response stating they have not detected any mistake by their agents! Insisting that I confirmed changes of my flight which I didn’t. I am asking for any evidence whether email or transcripts. Has anyone faced a similar issue and can advice?

Joke of the day: @TurkishAirlines has cancelled first part of my flight and scheduled a new one that is one day after the second leg of my flight. Apparently I can only call and fix it one day before my flight!! WTF?

@TK_HelpDesk Spent 6 hrs with various agents. Paid over £100 on phone charges. Outcome so far: your colleagues assigned me a random flight which I didn't confirm & will not help me to fly with loved ones. Wanted me to pay for upgrade to be on the same flight! cheap way to make money! No?
