Empowering schoolchildren through hands-on conservation is shaping a greener future for western Uganda. Proud to see them engaged in protecting medicinal plants under our school partnerships. Grateful to our partners @ecosev_uganda, @ruffordgrants, and @NFAUG for the impact.
The efforts to conserve our environment remain my noble cause. As the projects coordinator of @ecosev_uganda, I'm indeed glad for the successful role of suppervising engagements of data collection in a tree audit exercise for updating the Kampala Urban Forestry Management plan.
I am excited to have contributed to restoring some degraded areas of Kalinzu forest using indigenous medicinal trees. Curtesy of @ecosev_uganda and local community members
As we continue to conserve the threatened medicinal plants @ecosev_uganda finds it imperative to monitor the growth and survival of planted medicinal trees. Thanks to our partners in this noble cause including @ruffordgrants and @nfa
To the young people, the future of our planet depends on the choices we make today & you have the power to lead the way. Planting a tree seem like a small act, but it carries a lasting impact: cleaner air, healthier communities, restored ecosystems & hope for future generations.
Have you supported a community in archiving environmental sustainability?. Great thanks to @ruffordgrants@ecosev_uganda @NFAUG for enabling me support communities around Kalinzu forest reserve, to conserve threatened medicinal plants. Our future belongs to us.

Biodiversity conservation especially for specific species, needs ACTIVE LOCAL COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION. Glad to lead a community led initiative to conserve threatened medical plants in Kalinzu Forest Landscape #ConserveMedicinalPlants#CommunityFirst@ruffordgrants@ecosev_uganda
Did you know that hugging a tree can lower blood pressure, boost immunity, reduce stress & anxiety, and even improve mood & cognitive function of the body 😂😂😂
