@allisunrae @korytellers @ValeriaBrownEdu I think this is a problem of how we've framed PD. Sometimes coaching gets the same issue -- it can be framed as deficit based. I think we should think about PD the way @ecsandberg11 puts it - "it's not about what's wrong - it's about what's next."
