rocky orbiting tau ceti for years before grace was even born. the only thing he can do is work in his workshop, unknowingly the only thing that is still keeping him alive. he's all alone. his entire crew, his friends, gone. until one day another ship shows up & an alien saves him

Taking “_____ and a dream” and making it a mission statement. Movie of the year, tbh

[DiscussingFilm @DiscussingFilm]

The astrophage space scene in ‘PROJECT HAIL MARY’ was created by tiny LEDs placed on chicken wire that were used while pouring water in front of the lens to refract the light.

It was then shot with an Alexa LF camera with the infrared filter removed.

#thefallguy we as a fandom need to put more respect on Dan's name that guy was ten toes down behind Colt the whole entire movie and the fact that he's hot as FUCK just makes it all the better. All hail Dan Tucker

James Ortiz's wardrobe is so inspiring, like, damn. You can tell he's proud of it, too, and I love that for him. Very relatable; anyone who grew up being called a weirdo and leaned the hell into it because there was no way they were letting go of who they were understands

I’m glad mark said this tonight. more people need to acknowledge that he does wrong things sometimes and that’s okay. its human to fuck up, no one’s perfect

my life after watching iron lung and searching for bloodymary fan art in an au where simon is happy with his scientist boyfriend and his rock friend in a new world

[kywie☆ @supergigapog]

went to drive thru with my brother and i paid for his burger and the person at the window was like “wow that’s a good sister” to my brother and i was like “yeah well we’re putting him down today so he deserves one last treat” (nobody liked that)

[lyra ! 𓉸ྀི @blindbyyourlove]

why do people assume someone smiling at their phone means they have a crush no my friends are just funny as fuck

PHM fans do NOT buy from this company, they steal art and designs, use AI, they've severely whitewashed many POC creators/characters b4, they once referenced a slave trading company is a characters design i've heard (i think it was an arcane character?)

[bex ⋆.˚ @bexisms]

-(also we can like more than one ship). and yes, i admit, there are some mischaracterizations, sometimes rocky can get pushed aside, sometimes simon is portrayed oddly (we've only ever seen his character under pressure so it's difficult to have a set character frame for him)-

[bex ⋆.˚ @bexisms]

-bc they know grace would treat him with compassion and respect (as would rocky and adrian). and people say "oh but what about stratt for grace, what about carl". we've seen a LOT more of simon's character than either of those, so it's easier to relate to him-

[bex ⋆.˚ @bexisms]

i've seen some bloodymary hate on my tl, which is fine, i know it's not for everyone, but when it's bc "we think rocky isn't enough for grace", or that "we're using it as an excuse to put two hot people together" (which... is kinda where shipping starts but i digress)-

@nezumionice this is not real at all but holy fuck could it be, you did an excellent job! Also. Healy being like “we were gay but had a job and a daughter to raise so we couldn’t really care about that” and then march wanting to go to THE diner ooooh my heart

[Ecto/Myles || they/he|| audhder @ectoplasmradia]

@thecosplayannie legitimately lit up when this clip happened and then had an Angela Smosh moment like “i need to calm down” lmaoooo.
