The USAID has named 101 UNRWA school principals, teachers, psychosocial counselors, and medical professionals who actively participated in the October 7 massacres and/or are affiliated with Hamas' military wing.
People who murdered Jews and dragged their bodies into Gaza are being put in charge of educating and caring for Palestinian children. They are being asked to provide mental health help to others when they themselves have committed psychotic actions. They are being given authority as "protectors" when all they have ever done is the opposite.
To call it disgusting is an understatement.
I advocate for peace between Israel and Palestine.
What does that mean? Well, different things but at its core, I do not advocate for the dissolution of Israel nor Palestine. I work from the pragmatic acknowledgment that neither Israelis nor Palestinians are going anywhere. I believe that mutual recognition and partnerships on the ground between peoples with shared economic goals will foster a peaceful path forward with the best chance at improving quality of life for both peoples.
I think most *actual* peace advocates hold this underlying premise.
Hence why Jew hatred and anti black racism should be the omnicause, NOT 🇮🇱🇵🇸
