@GinnyBuckley @BMW Absolutely disgusting tbh. When you buy a car for that amount of money, the basic kit needed to keep it running! It's not an optional extra! As a demo of fab customer service, Alphabet provided me a type 2 cable for public charging & a granny cable. #excellent #alphabetleasing

@EVNewsDaily Yes absolutely. I was exceptionally impressed with @alphabetleasing(BMW) who supplied me with a new and boxed type 2 public charging cable and a granny charger for my @bmwi3 supplied by @sycamorebmw. It is a necessity and only right to be supplied with these!

EV road trip update! The @AudiUKPress e-tron performed brilliantly, averaging 2.5 m/kWh for 230 miles mainly on motorway. That can’t be said for @ecotricity @ElecHighway which is dreadful. Was this a bad experience or is this the norm folks? Sorry for the rant... #VBEV #etron
