@OctopusEnergy I'm told I can't get a refund beyond 14 days of billing date (31st Oct). It took Octopus 7 days to issue the bill (6th Nov). I requested refund on 12th Nov - so within 14 days! @g__j Please remove these arbitrary restrictions on getting a refund of our own money.

@newt7215 I (stupidly) took mine through a flood a few weeks ago, damaged the rear bumper & arch liners as the under tray dropped, but the car carried on. Ran a wet vac over the carpets & stuck a dehumidifier in it for a couple of days & it's fine. An ICE car would have been written off.

@sarah_go_green The technology already exists and is open source. Maybe @OctopusEnergy @g__j can look in to @flexmeasures. If they could integrate their API in to that it would open up even more stuff via the likes of @home_assistant

@sarah_go_green @OctopusEnergy Thank you for the heads up. I've not had any notification of this from @OctopusEnergy despite having signed up to the previous session on Thursday. Logging on to the website and I've had to fill in the form again. Not sure what state the account is in now 🤷

@sarah_go_green @JordeeBrompton @myenergiuk They've enabled it for all Zappis, I've got their original version 1 units. It was only @jesseb4me post that warned me so it's disabled now. They shouldn't force this on their customers knowing it breaks the @ofgem roles where customers are already signed up to another service.
