I like to mock Twitter’s demand for brevity by maxing out character and thread counts talking about historical episodes that interest me. This is where I keep them.
@playersaidblog@worth2004 I really like this series. It is first and foremost a fun game, that also happens to be able to decently simulate Civil War combat outcomes.
@DawnDish Hey, love all your stuff guys. But the new fresh clean scent just isn’t it. It doesn’t smell bad, but it smells like a recently cleaned bathroom. Again not really a bad smell so much as a smell I’m not looking for in my kitchen. Just wanted to get that off my chest.
By noon on July 1st there isn’t much left of Heth’s Division. While Heth was successful in pushing Buford’s two Brigades of cavalry aside, they took some early losses that left them I’ll prepared to face I Corps. Pender is having second thoughts. #wargame
@av8r97 Sir, if you’re taking recommendations, I’d also add Huntington’s Clash of Civilizations. It’s very dated (90s), and the author has fallen out of popularity, but it’s very thought provoking.
@salisbot@annaesby I can only recommend avoiding major cities. The south is only truly experienced off the beaten path. Big towns like Charlotte, Atlanta, Houston etc are more or less like any other big town in America. Take the backroads and talk to people.
@RealCandaceO please seek help. You are not well. We are not assisting Ukraine just to help Ukraine, we are assisting to help ourselves. Western civilization is at stake. https://t.co/nNiMPV74h1
@RootsTechConf due to a last minute issue I had to cancel my trip to RootsTech. I looked at the on demand section to find only one of the classes that I planned on attending is being offered on demand. Will more of the in person classes be added after the convention? #rootstech
