Jan. 6, 4:11 PM ET on the Central East Capitol steps, #WannabePolitician /#MAGAphoneSuit / #IamEthanRatliff used a bullhorn to read from a small blue notebook labeled "WORLD DOMINATING NOTES." Two minutes into his speech (4:13 PM ET), he announced his name twice: "My name is Ethan Ratliff. I am a federal employee." He added that he had sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution twice, which researchers matched to Ethan Ratliff of Charles County, Maryland, a Marine Corps Reserve veteran.

Reading a plan he called "The Citizens' Reset," Ratliff told the crowd, "Since our government will not do the right thing, we need a normal citizen to rise up and take the power. And that citizen is me!" His notebook called for world leaders to stand down immediately, a total shutdown of all news or social media outlets plus the closure of every company on earth.

At 12:36 into the 14 minute recording (4:23 PM ET), Ratliff read a line abolishing national borders, which caused the crowd to turn on him at 12:48 (4:23:48 PM ET). Demonstrators called him the Antichrist, accused him of being CIA ("Who are you representing?") and ripped the megaphone out of his hands by 13:06 (4:24 PM ET) as a man in a Trump beanie took over the bullhorn.

Twelve days before Jan. 6, on Christmas Day 2020, Ratliff reportedly uploaded a 19-minute video to his YouTube channel ("Wake up call 2020") declaring: "I will fix this world if I have to do it myself. I will die protecting the Constitution of the United States, I am prepared to do that."

Researchers reported him to the FBI in February 2021 and although he stated his full name on video, the bureau never took interest.

Back in 2020, Nikki Floris from FBI headquarters shut down an IIR issued by the Albany FBI field office regarding Chinese foreign interference in the 2020 election.

Her boasting about “running a shadow government across the FBI” set off a chain reaction both within and outside of the agency that led many seasoned FBI agents to believe there was an internal coup within the agency by China.

Floris has now been arrested for lying to Congress related to the Hunter Biden laptop investigation.

A table on Capitol grounds, Jan. 6, was reportedly collecting signatures for a "Declaration of Authority - 2021." Hundreds signed this declaration of "the people" above public servants. The document was reportedly located near 12th and H Streets NW in downtown DC, a few blocks from FBI headquarters. Who drafted it? Who printed a scroll this size before the 6th? Where is the signed copy now? Nearly six years later nobody has explained it. Why the wait?
