Hey @elonmusk a real case where your AI makes things worse.
I prepaid a year of SuperGrok Team. Then I found out Teams doesn’t include GrokBot. That only comes with SuperGrok individual, at the same price.
I tried to cancel. Settings → Subscriptions→ Manage sends me in a loop

Multiple support tickets. One reply: a generic AI response. Opened a sales ticket hoping someone would call so I could switch plans. No call, no email. Requested a refund. 12 days. Crickets.
