@MadsGrummet @Atlassian @abcnews @RNBreakfast @domprice It starts with a cultural change where meeting organisers are accountable for the cost of people's time in meetings. 3.75m min's is about 35 FTE's, which should be compared to the emp count (~0.35%). @domprice I'd love to know how you prevent those meetings from creeping back?

@Kpaxs Thanks @Kpaxs! This is exactly what we have been doing for the past 12 months. Here is data from a 1200 person organisation. You are looking at one of the biggest P&L line items that's not being reported, they don't have visibility on and they are not trying to improve...
