@TravelodgeUK I have been so let down today by the service at #BradfordSouth. I am a very regular user of #travelodge. Paid for breakfast, but the coffee machine wasn’t working, so didn’t have any breakfast or coffee. Asked for a refund to be told NO due to booking type ???
