@taylorswift13, when do you intend to cover all of heartbreaker? @TheRyanAdams must be waiting and so am I...

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir I think we could all agree 3.5 months is plenty of time for the investigation of the bag that they lost.

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir it has been a month since their automated reply. Saying a customer is important and acting in the face of that is a failure.

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir when? This is all run around with no real answers. Extreme customer service failure to correct company's own mistake. Pathetic.

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir they said nothing. They copied and pasted a reply. Is there a way to speak on the phone to a human in customer relations?

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir already done it three times. Each resulted in an automated response.

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir so you are saying that there is nobody that can give me any answers, since they can't? And there is nobody you can point me to?

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir central baggage do nothing to help, and their whole goal is not to do so. I want to talk to a real person at AA. Who do I call?

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir they have nothing for me. Is there a customer support department of a higher up at all?

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir bag lost 3.5mo ago now. At what point has the thorough investigation been completed? When should I expect anything?

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@Cis4Canoe Its kind of like the catalog of labels who didn't sin the Beatles.

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@Cis4Canoe but hopefully never a cat...

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

When you are stretching and put you hand in the ceiling fan... #lowceilings

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir they do nothing. Every time I talk to them they tell me a later date. Today they told me 6 more weeks. Bag LOST 6/23.

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir, your SM person is the only person to have replied to any contact efforts. Maybe they can forward the message onward...

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir I emailed central baggage again and I'm wasting yet another lunch on hold phone to check 4 lost bag. Do you intend to fix this?

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir no. I have called on the way to work and on my lunch break consistently, wait for 20 minutes. Fix the prob or give a new number

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir no they can't

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir good job resolving the issue though 😂

[Edd Kerr @eddkerr]

@AmericanAir man I really thought that would get me on the line with a rep at central baggage which I have tried all lunch breaks 4 2 weeks.
