A simple rule for startup automation:
Never automate a process you cannot explain clearly.
If the ownership, inputs and decisions are already messy, automation will only make the confusion move faster.
Fix the workflow first.
Then automate the repetition.
A working AI prototype proves that the technology can function.
It does not prove that:
• the problem matters
• the buyer will pay
• the workflow will change
• the customer will stay
What evidence do you look for before calling something a product?
At @AICollectiveCo 's product workshop in Dubai, one line stuck:
"The frame decides whether anyone looks at the picture."
Product is the picture. Positioning, words and price are the frame.
Test: explain your product in one line without naming the tech.

Dubai is putting agentic AI into government faster than most startups are putting AI into their own ops.
My filter for where AI goes first in a company:
1. Happens every week
2. Cost you can count
3. Depends on one person
Three yeses. Start there.

The hardest part about launching on Reddit isn't writing the post; it's knowing where you can post it.
That's exactly what we're building.
If that sounds familiar, we'd love your feedback.

Why? Why are some people god gifted? Why can’t I be Thor in avengers? Man why this partially..it’s okay to think like that...but we forget to notice..that IronMan wasn’t god gifted..he understood and used his potential..so why can’t you!? Think about it.
