This is my greatest fear. I know what I am capable of achieving, and I have seen people around me who are extremely talented, brilliant and had so much potential, yet they did not live up to their expectations.
If only they had taken life a little bit more seriously and were intentional about what they did every day, they’d have had a better life.
I don’t want to look back one day realising I could have been better if only I pushed harder. My philosophy in life is to sieze every moment like it’s the only shot I’ll ever have and make the most of it so that if I ever have to look back, given similar conditions, there should be really nothing within my power I could have done better.
I don’t have the language for this yet, but cerebrally, I know that how much I allow myself show interest in someone romantically depends a great deal on how consistently intense they’ve made it clear that they’re interested in me. Definitely not an initiator, do not care to be.
Hate how life is making me loose hope. I used to be extremely optimistic, I’m just winging things now.
My 20s started off so well idk where I missed it fr.
But in all God is good I guess xx
They raised me to be one of those mute and timid children who eventually became a mute and timid adult, yet everyone is surprised that I’m failing job interviews. I’m scared to speak freely with most of the adults in my life.
Being fitfam helps you have a better quality of life. You eat better, feel better, look better, function better and attract better.
You literally have no excuse for not adopting a fitness lifestyle.. stop jonzing
One of my favorite things about myself is that I’m not easily impressed.
Money, status, and titles have never been enough to make me think more highly of someone. I like to think part of that is because extraordinary wealth has never been an aspiration of mine. I’ve only ever wanted a life that’s comfortable, peaceful, happy, and gives me the freedom to live my time here on my own terms.
And so I tend to like people for who they are. I think that’s helped me treat people the same, regardless of what they have
