A child cannot meaningfully understand what it means to have thousands or millions of strangers watching, commenting on, sharing, remixing, downloading, and archiving videos of them. Adults are supposed to think about those risks on the child’s behalf.
Juggling this semester with work and everything else has been overwhelming, but that thread is a needed booster. I’m finishing this master’s with a distinction 🫵🏽.
20 something year olds are joining mouth to say the benefits of the macroeconomic policies won’t show now but in kinikan years. Forgetting that the almost 40 year olds said the same thing about a decade ago while watching their futures get eaten up.
