@asvom_hub Still even the Radial Road corridor lacks basic infrastructure and amenities. At this pace ORR may take decades to reach Hyderabad’s level. We don’t have a true plug-and-play model build the infrastructure first, then develop. No pre-planning, only catch-up.

@UpdatesChennai Why not move the Secretariat to a suburban location like Poonamallee, Thirumazhisai or along the ORR? It would help decentralise Chennai and drive development towards the suburbs. Pattinapakkam can instead be developed as a financial/business district

@YSRhere In the Gulf, insurance takes care of the financial damage, and vehicles undergo mandatory inspection to ensure they’re roadworthy and insured. So there’s less reason to fight over every minor accident. Proper systems reduce road rage; enforcement must do the rest.

@sekartweets India desperately needs a serious road-safety awareness campaign. First, stop blaming the victims. Hold the perpetrators accountable and punish those responsible—the lorry driver, if found negligent. Victim-blaming is not road safety. Accountability is.

Don’t reduce this tragedy to a political blame game or shift the focus onto the victims. Take responsibility
