Where were the basic safety arrangements?

Drinking water, ORS, clean toilets and emergency medical support are necessities, not luxuries.

கைது செய்யப்பட்ட பூபாலனிடம் இருந்து பல லட்சம் ரூபாய் பணமும் கைப்பற்றப்பட்டுள்ள நிலையில், அவர் ECR வழியாக பயணித்து வந்ததாகவும் தெரிய வந்துள்ளது.

அப்படியென்றால், அவருடன் தொடர்பில் இருந்தவர்கள் யார்? யார் யாரிடமிருந்து போதைப்பொருளை பெற்றார்? இலங்கை தவிர்த்து வேறு எங்கெல்லாம் விற்பனை செய்ய இருந்தார்?

ஆளுங்கட்சியின் பவர் சென்டர்களுக்கு பங்கு கொடுப்பதால் தான் இவ்வளவு தைரியமாக போதைப்பொருள் கடத்துகிறாரா?

ஆட்சிக்கு வந்ததும் போதைப்பொருளை ஒழிப்பேன் என்று சொன்ன Dummy முதலமைச்சர், தன் கட்சிக்காரர்களையே போதைப்பொருள் கடத்தவிட்டு வேடிக்கைப் பார்ப்பது தான் அவரது போதைப்பொருள் ஒழிப்பு லட்சணமா?

இந்த வழக்கின் முழுப்பின்னணியையும் ஆராய்ந்து இதன் பின்னால் உள்ள அனைவரது மீதும் பாரபட்சமின்றி நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும் வகையில் ஒன்றிய அரசின் NIA, ED போன்ற அமைப்புகள் தீவிர விசாரணை நடத்திட வேண்டும்.

2024 – ₹8.22/unit (RTC), peak ₹9.99.
2026 summer – ₹5.40–₹9.50.

Under TVK, October 2026:
₹31.99–₹37/unit!

Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh secured October power at ₹16–₹20/unit, and Kerala’s 2026–27 short-term tender rates range from ₹6.50–₹12.50.

Different contracts and periods, but the questions remain:

Why did TNPDCL wait until October 6 to tender for October 12 supply?

Were cheaper agreements cancelled? If so, who authorised it?

But where is your Delhi Special Representative, K. Venkata Narayana?

On June 23, your government appointed this Bengaluru-based businessman and producer of your film Jana Nayagan to a highly responsible position, intended to strengthen coordination between Tamil Nadu and the Union Government.

Three months later, the public deserves answers.

• How many meetings has he held with the PMO and Union Ministers?

• What progress has he made on central funding, infrastructure projects and Tamil Nadu’s pending demands?

• What role did he play in coordinating today’s Prime Ministerial visit?

• Is he dedicating sufficient time to this important public responsibility alongside his film production business?

This is not merely a ceremonial appointment. It is a public responsibility that requires active engagement with the Union Government to safeguard Tamil Nadu’s interests.
