@DrKCarlson Thank you, Dr. Kristin Carlson, for a great class on important topics! I know the things that I have learned in your class will benefit me in my role as a school leader!#ED634
@DrKCarlson@debscherber@bueltel_collin I felt this assessment was spot on for me and the summaries and reports were full of great information. I felt the other one seemed more focused on the business world, and I had a hard time relating to the reports and descriptions of my strengths.
A4: I want to use the StrengthsFinders assessment with my faculty in the future. Not only will this benefit them, it will provide greater insight for me on the talents and skills of my team, allowing me to capitalize on their strikes and help me form effective teams. #ED634
My biggest take away was a much deeper understanding of how I thrive. I am able to clearly articulate now why I tend to be a workaholic, and can use that knowledge to work on a better life work balance. #ED634
@mossholderj@DrKCarlson Great, point about having a mentor or mentors! I know I have grown so much professionally because of my two colleagues who are amazing mentors to me! #ED634
A2: To hone my leadership skills, I ask and seek feedback from others on how they see my leadership skills. I also am a very self reflective person, and I believe it’s important to continue to self analyze and reflect in order to grow from experiences.

@DrKCarlson A1: When you capitalize on your strength, you are leading with your best! We want others to see firsthand we are talented and capable leaders. #ED634.
