@dharmeshmehta I could use your help. A small family business I work with is facing a social media brigade attack on their business. People are using every available platform and ecom site (including @Amazon) to tank their reviews and destroy their reputation.
@dharmeshmehta Thanks! One quick suggestion - we often see Amazon customers annoyed that they can't return grocery products and blame the seller. Please update Amazon customer service communications to include language that no grocery products can be returned but refunds are available.
@BuzzFeedNews There are a ton of ways #Amazon could nip this in the bud. Some ideas:
1. Cap the percentage of reviews a person can do versus purchase history.
2. Automatically flag anyone who is too positive.
3. Flag any new product that acquires reviews well above category norms.
