@Nornecutiepie Yeah, there's a lot to make up for since Anna and Mikuru have kernels of a character arc that hasn't gotten going yet. And I dread Mikuru got it the worst cause her character really did start and end on "Anna's mom" and exploring Mikuru would make that plot thread obvious.

I know I've been quite mixed on Star Detectives, the twist was pretty damn blatant once she got her episode, but the execution of it happening at all was so damn good. This is a Cure debut I can say is worthy of getting an edit with Moonlight's theme blasting in the background.

@Nornecutiepie I'm a big believer of "Mikuru Mom" and thus, I can understand the duo blending together because Mikuru would grow into the woman who raised Anna, so overlap is expected. But they REALLY needed others to chat with to develop an identity tbh.

@Nornecutiepie I could see Luluka as a sorta foil to Anna, the problem is the show did NOTHING to explore how they feel about each other beyond surface level stuff.
I also really don't like how Anna and Mikuru hold each other back. Cause whenever they're separated, they're way more compelling.

@milcery @misswhynowhy Yes5 is actually pretty fun all things considered, however it has bottom tier mascot Coco, who sucks even if him being their teacher wasn't icky to you.
5Gogo is, much like Max Heart, a meh sequel with some decent animation at times(and sometimes AMAZING animation)

If I had a nickel for every early 2010s Magical Girl with a music theme named Hibiki, I'd have two nickels. It's kinda hilarious we had two of those so close to each other. After finishing Suite PreCure, I can say it's a worthy successor to Heartcatch, it's my second favorite rn.

@Nornecutiepie There's something kinda sad that Chris lacking a particularly clear ship probably helped her actually get a proper arc(and even then XV kinda hates her). That said, Chris is basically a walking trigger warning given her backstory is almost cartoonishly grim.
