@TicketmasterCS 2/2 How can you possibly be so spectacularly incompetent and shambolic? Over a ticket costing almost £400???
Now please tell me how soon the refund will arrive.
@TicketmasterCS So I buy an ultimate experience ticket for WOTW in M/C at >£300, write to Ticketmaster to ask about times, am told will hear back later. And I did. At 4.20pm today you sent me an email saying it began at 4.30pm. After sending emails saying it began at 6.30pm. 1/2
@easyJet Is there a reason your representative is entirely unaware of my legal rights? What do you have to say about this? - in writing, please. Gillian Ashworth
@easyJet So far he has offered me a flight to Gatwick, from where I must make my own way to Manchester at my own expense. Or a flight to Manchester next Thursday - staying in Jersey for another 4 nights - double the number I came for in the first place. 2/3
@easyJet I'm standing at Jersey Airport, where my flight to Manchester has been cancelled. The representative does not appear to know a customer's legal rights to a) be transported back to their actually destination, or b) for that to happen in a reasonable time. 1/2
@TitanicBelfast Yes - best museum I've ever visited :-) Would a couple of gangsters really pay the entrance fee for having a quick shady chat, though? Wonder if they had a go on the shipyard ride before meeting up :-)
@airfrance I'm currently awaiting a flight 22 hrs later than the 1 I should have been on. It follows 2 flight cancellations & involves a 7 hr wait in Paris for connecting flight. I'll arrive home 27 hours late. What support should I be getting?
@airfrance I'm trying to reach your customer service, having been told to do so in order to check in for a flight I've been put on to 22 hours after the one I should be getting was cancelled. I cannot get an answer from anywhere. How do I check in????
Yeeeasss! Tintwistle's finest! Brian & Michael were actually from the same village as Vivienne Westwood :-) So competed with the Sex Pistols :-) Still unclear who won :-) #TOTP
@giovanelliLor Yes - international schools can be a different world in lots of ways. Perspectives on academic integrity, and how much it matters (and for what reasons it matters!) being one.
Message to others - do not use @manypets_uk for your pet insurance. Almost £800 over 2 years has seen my 2 cats have interrupted cover, utter incompetence by this company, and zero effort made to put any of it right or explain it. The insurance ombudsman calls.
1/2 @manypets_uk Are you naturally utterly dreadful, or do you practise hard? You did not renew my pet insurance, failed to ask the bank for the payment, failed to tell me anything about this, and then told me out of the blue it was cancelled.
2/2 After over an hour on the phone I was told the issue would be corrected and the policy backdated and continued (important for cover for a pre-existing condition), due to your unexplained errors. Today you have taken payment for an entirely new policy. What is wrong with you?
@ConradHughes0@IBE_UNESCO@iborganization Any desire to change the nature of particular assessment types needs to look at the forces compelling those assessments to happen in the first place. High stakes assessments are 'high stakes' for reasons which are driving the nature of those assessments.
@ConradHughes0@IBE_UNESCO@iborganization 2/2 high stakes assessments = all kinds of other influences-unis have marketing/funding/commercial pressures & want 'best' Ss for courses etc. Hence assessment types used which meet narrow selection needs. Key question with assessment is often not type of assessment but purpose.
@Luci_Willis Where are the putting it into practice, and looking at whether it actually works to improve things, stages? Or is the plan the end in itself?
@Heijb@iborganization @dehaagsescholen Kurt Lewin's force field analysis could be useful to identify specific driving and restraining forces for each barrier, and analysis how it may be possible to move forward on each. Barriers need action, and not just recognition.
