@CellC_Support I am in Grahamstown - I have been informed of network-wide 4G problems in previous calls with your technicians. It seems, however after 2 months of asking that they are not being resolved.
@CellC_Support unfortunately will have to leave your service shortly. Having been told that data speed will improve after support calls, I am still at 1mbps compared to MTN on 27 Mbps - not good enough.
