Eric Dietiker

Run, cycle, lift a little. Blue dot in a rural red county in a blue state. Caregiver to adult son. Married, retired, working down the todo list so I can retire.

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@MelindaHoward4 @Orangemud @runinrabbit Even more, if you’re so (long pause) INCLINED!! 🤣

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@MelindaHoward4 Optimism is back on the table. :)

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

Trial run / therapy for the cranky. HR 115. 29F out there. Every time I thought about maybe going faster, I slowed down.

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@MelindaHoward4 Oh my! The fun is just beginning.

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@8ntmuch Err, ok!
Halfway between SNAFU and FUBAR - my comfort zone.

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@alterfly @HillbillyHighl1 I came here to say that! 🍻

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@oldfatjogger Do it! :) One of my grade schools was a block from there.

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@BoldFit50 @brady_h A) It doesn’t suck. B) It’s better than the alternative! 🤣

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@hybridathlete That would be a good temperature to start - your knees would be happier.

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@geoffcbrown Yum! I add shallots and diced garlic for wow. Beets and yams or sweet potatoes are also good roasting roots.

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@glenn_chitwood I think people with more fat in their face look younger. I did not look good at all when my body fat was down to 7% for a while.

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@brady_h Disappointing for sure, but you’re still insanely fast. 🚀

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

Maybe this will be my justification for going back to three espressos!

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@greg16676935420 Something’s not adding up, as they like to say around here.

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@AK_El_Jefe I never watch football, but I saw that catch - incredible. :)

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@the_will_turner Awesome, I love window seat views.

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

Post a photo through a window.

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@amaccken @DeaconBlues0 I always make sure to have an ample supply of dark chocolate on hand. :)

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@BrendaMcKeown2 @DeaconBlues0 Perfect! But will there be time to caramelize the onions properly?

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

Added to my list of things I never imagined I would say:

“We both bought protein powder today.”

[Eric Dietiker @edietiker]

@DavidDack AQI > 50, just *don’t* do it.
