@MadameGilflurt I had a white blouse like this with the jabot and ruffled sleeves. Made a green double knit 4-H outfit to go with it. Slacks with a vest. The vest had gold colored buttons on each side of the center front with gold chains to go across in the front. 🤣

@GiftedTawk Burning 100 calories is a whole lot harder than eating 100 calories. You have to do it to feel what it is like. I told students they need to learn this in middle school and not wait until 36 when I learned it. I put them on the exercise equipment and then fed them.
