The Dialogue brings together ministers, senior practitioners in refugee matters and Commissioners of refugee agencies from member states of the region including Burundi, Djibouti, DRC, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, and Tanzania with the aim of enhancing coordinated regional approaches to the refugee situations in the East, Horn and Great Lakes Region of Africa.
