I placed a bet with @_MWOS on Friday, 18 July, and I won $8,000 USD. On Saturday, they allowed me to withdraw only $1,000, saying that was their daily withdrawal limit.

On Sunday morning, my account was blocked. By Sunday evening, my remaining balance of $7,200 had been completely wiped from my Moors account.

I called and tried to lodge a complaint, but nothing was resolved. I even asked to meet someone in person, but no one was available. On Monday, I was given a number for the systems manager. He told me that the betting options I selected were placed in error on their side. Because of that, they claimed to have corrected the mistake and refunded me only the $1 I used to place the bet and MWOS are now demanding the repayment of $1,000 already cashed out.
