On July 17, 2026, between approximately 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., a Latina woman was allegedly pulled over near Highway 211 and South Barlow Road in Clackamas County, Oregon, by three white men posing as ICE agents.

According to the Oregon State Police, the suspects used fake emergency lights to stop the woman, talsely identified themselves as immigration officers, and then allegedly detained and sexually assaulted her before fleeing.
The case was made public on July 24, when Oregon State Police and the FBI asked for the public's help identifying the suspects.

This case is horrifying.
No one should have to fear that someone pretending to be law enforcement could use the current climate surrounding immigration enforcement to commit violent crimes.

When people exploit fear of ICE to target vulnerable communities, it places countless innocent people at even greater risk.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about the suspects or the vehicle involved to contact the Oregon State Police or the FBI.
