One great thing I've seen a lot of lately is a lot of people donating to organizations fighting for criminal system reform, against systemic racism, etc. My big tip for stuff like this is to set up a recurring donation. $5 every month for 2 years is more stable than $50 once.

@NYCTSubway Platform announcements at the 30th Ave N/W subway station in Astoria are very loud - can be clearly heard from inside buildings down the block. Can volume be lowered please?
