@ADT@ADT
To anyone reading, ADT does not care about you. ADT is a predatory grift machine and you are just a number. They will bury you in endless phone trees, perpetual contracts, and faulty equipment.
@ADT@GasserMichelle@ADT To anyone reading, ADT always asks for a DM from frustrated customers instead of a reply because they want to take their deplorable customer service out of the public eye. They still will not help you but that fact will be less evident.

@ADT@ADT You've built a solid system of auto-replies that make the casual viewer think that you are tending to customer care, The reality is that your company is a polished grift machine that kills its own customers with a war of attrition.
@ADT My experience with ADT has been uniformly awful - malfunctioning hardware, byzantine customer service and technical support phone trees. Their business model is predatory and adversarial. If you have problems with ADT Inc., you will be subjected to a war of attrition.
@ADT I received an email response that offered no viable solution. I will continue to seek remedy through all available public and legal remedies. You can quit the social media 'customer service theater' performance.
@RAC It's a problem of the human condition that when we score personal victories - whether it's due to luck, generational wealth, gender, race, etc. - we tend to believe that the same opportunity awaits anyone else that is willing to just step forward and claim their prize.
@Codie_Sanchez You and I don't always agree but I'd like to issue a sincere high-five for this tweet. I agree with every word. You skipped the Kool-aid™ and will continue to succeed because of it. Thanks for having the courage to share a potentially unpopular position.
@Finlayzun@daofootballclub@Cooopahtroopa Respectfully, I'd like to see the math on that. Maybe you underestimate the amount of electricity required to validate blockchain transactions. Never mind the fact that the huge majority of electricity is still produced using fossil fuels.
