@dpd_suport_uk We are currently being victimised by a dpd driver in Plymouth who constantly won’t deliver our parcels and says he has .. we have ring door footage of him not delivering our parcels and taking them ! Dpd although now this do nothing about it !

@TUIUK We wouldn’t go back to that hotel again ,as I said all the staff were very rude and would think twice about booking with @tui with the lack of personnel on site on arrival , it all took to long to sort out and gave us a very bad start to our hard earned holiday

@TUIUK Leonardo Laura beach & splash hotel Cyprus . We arrived late last night with a large group , when we were giving our room it wasn’t the room we booked or paid for ! As they had no rooms left ! Now in a terrible dirty place not even in main hotel ! Need a @tui rep asap!!!

@TUIUK After a very stressful first night and part of the next morning , a tui rep did sort it with a better room , the staff in the hotel were extremely rude especially “Katrina “ on reception when dealing with this , @tui should have a rep on site to address this on arrival !!!
