The week didn’t go as good as i hoped so i‘m quite scared for the number on the scale but i‘m tryna get it together

I also gained weight because i was stuck to my bed all day😭 i‘m now back to 53.6kg and i can only weigh myself on the weekends so i‘ll see how much i can lose until next week🤞🏼
