@yuvlero@TungaBayrak@DesignArena Same thing happened in the 3D Visualization industry.. artists were/are applying folds to furniture to make it more photorealistic while interior designers are trying to get rid of them ๐
A quick reflection on AI, a bit of a metaphor.
Think of human knowledge as an ocean.
Before AI, we were swimming through it, having to learn every wave, every current, almost every droplet deeply enough to move forward.
AI gives us a boat. Then a ship. Then a jet ski.
You stop thinking about every droplet and start thinking more about currents, direction and destination.
AI doesnโt make the ocean smaller. It lets humans navigate it at a different, higher, level of abstraction.
The micro still matters, and AI can help us understand it more deeply when we need to.
But increasingly, we can spend more of our time navigating the macro, at high speeds.
Thinking about Jev in Omarchy.. havenโt tried Omarchy yet but it I feel like it might be an interesting combo!
Omarchy seems to have the agent/OS integration side well covered. Jev could sit one layer before all of that, always listening and cheaply deciding and classifying instructions.
Basically the reflex/router layer in front of the agentic OS. ๐
@UltraLinx Tried them all a while back. Hopefully theyโve improved since, otherwise itโs still Figma for me, especially with Motion in the mix now ๐
Hot take: if so many AI founders are talking about pausing or slowing down RL development, why not use that time and energy to aggressively find ways to optimize the models we already have, make them faster, more efficient, and especially far less token-hungry? wink wink, Astra!
The exciting part isnโt just generating content. Itโs discovering latent creative worlds hidden inside multimodal models, then expanding them into sound, motion and brand language. Mesmerizing!
