On Saturday morning, March 28th, 2026 at 2:06am, my sister and I watched as our mom’s spirit officially departed this earth and ascended to her residence of eternity in heaven. For nearly 11 months, my family and I have been entrenched in my mom’s battle against Stage IV Colon Cancer.
Through every dietary change, supplement consumption, experimental treatments and hospitalizations, it was my mom who served as the frontline soldier against this debilitating disease while my family took arms and fought alongside her every step of the way. Losing my mom has split my heart in two and created a void that will never be replaced. However, that void will be surrounded by cherished memories of a woman who moved to the United States from her native country of Haiti at the age of 19, established a 50-year cosmetology career and served as the steadfast nucleus of a united family. It’s truly hard to put into words everything my mom has taught me but perhaps the greatest lesson she imparted upon us all was delivered over this past year.
Even through the darkest of times, don’t stop fighting, stay strong and smile. I love you mom. I anxiously anticipate the day that I will see you and my father again in heaven alongside our almighty Lord.

Good fucking morning to everybody except the ICE agents who kidnapped a blind man, realized they had no basis to deport him, and then released him five miles from his home. He died, scared and alone, just trying to find his way back to his house. That’s evil.
You think you’re going thru some shit? Watch Eric Dane give his final words to his kids and the reevaluate how much of a chance you got since you’re still on this planet. God bless
Mike Ilitch, the founder of Little Caesars, quietly paid for Rosa Parks' rent after learning she had been mugged in her home at the age of 81 in 1994. He helped her move to a safer neighborhood and continued to pay her rent until she passed away in 2005.
I’m increasingly convinced that the willingness to change your mind is the ultimate sign of intelligence. The most impressive people I know change their minds often in response to new information. It’s like a software update. The goal isn't to be right. It's to find the truth.
ICE choked out a 10th grader, stole his phone, and then sold it. In an article about reckless and wanton ICE violence the illegal seizure and then *sale* of a minors phone caught my eye as street gang behavior.
Dave Matthews: “I don’t want my taxes to pay for ICE masked thugs to roam our streets and terrorize our communities. Renee Nicole Good, murdered in the streets. He shot her three times in the head. Murdered in cold blood. These people are trying to tell us not to believe what we see. Fuck ICE”
NOW: "Why you want my ID? You trying to steal my identity?" Uber driver at Minneapolis Airport confronts CBP Agents who were checking driver's citizenship, "Why did you shoot that woman?" he added
Good morning and Happy Saturday to everyone who respects and appreciates how brilliantly this dude COOKS these jackass ICE agents trying to profile him.

Jesse Ventura on Trump: “Who is that? The draft dodging coward? I don’t call him by name. He’s the draft dodging coward who when it was his time to serve his country he did what all rich white boys did. I wasn’t a rich white boy. We had to go. He’s gonna tell me what courage is?”
