@Anvesaka88 @Mangan150 Exactly the same for my dad in New Zealand…I think it was fighting in WW2 that opened his eyes to the importance of donating blood - he would have felt it was the “right thing to do.” Both England and US started war/military related blood donation programs at that time.

@MikeCunningham @natemezmer Try a theragun or hyper volt on your feet & calves before even getting out of bed - about five minutes each foot. (Use one foot to hold it in position while it vibrates the other foot.) Use a towel to cushion & protect if your foot is sensitive. Good for circulation & mobility
