Larger groups require simplicity but not at the expense of quality. Simple, effective cueing + “hit list” of previous learned skills. Save new material for smaller groups. Collectively, rhythm and coordination improving + marked improvement in arm mechanics #houndsspeed
The easiest thing you can do to help your running is to get more sleep each night. Start going to bed 30 minutes earlier most nights for one month. It will make a difference. Trust me.
