SPEEDY SAM - Sam Blaskowski (@samblaskowski) set a new personal best this past weekend in the 100 with a mark of 9.89. The former UW-La Crosse (@UWLAthletics) sprinter told me it's a huge relief to break 10 & now he'll work on getting consistent with his times

Ifeoluwa Rhoda Adisa 🇳🇬 has broken her own National Record in the women's 800m at the NCAA East Regionals in Arkansas, clocking a time of 2:01.54!

She improved her own National Record, which she first set two weeks ago at the SEC Championships.

Adisa narrowly missed out on qualification for the NCAA Championships by a spot.

Massive breakthrough for Sam Blaskowski 🇺🇸 over 100m at the Music City Track Carnival in Nashville, storming to a huge PB of 9.89s (1.5)!

The former Division III star has gone from NCAA D3 standout to the second-fastest man in the world this season.

He won ahead of Cameron Crump 🇺🇸, who ran 9.99s, while Brandon Hicklin 🇺🇸 finished 3rd in 10.05s.
