Every bird observation can help tell a bigger story. As we approach #WorldMigratoryBirdDay@WMBD on 9 May, our new Americas Flyways Atlas shows exactly why community science is so powerful.
Developed by CMS and @birdsoftheworld, the Atlas brings together millions of citizen-science observations with advanced scientific modelling to map the annual journeys of an initial 89 CMS-listed migratory bird species across the Americas. 🐦 🌎
It helps show the most important sites for migratory birds, giving governments, scientists, and conservation partners a clearer basis for protecting the places these species need most. This is how our own individual contributions can become science and how science can help shape policy. 👩🔭

A luz do Sol pode, teoricamente, ser vista em qualquer ponto do universo, desde que não haja obstáculos no caminho. A luz do Sol nunca desaparece.
