@EvidenceInEdu Some useful ideas here but teachers need to be careful to know that much of the SoL is based on research into the learning of Maths & mostly in the UK and US where it's almost entirely exam focused. The UK has been SoL based for a decade & still has the usual 1 in 3 failing Y11.
@Adam_Currie_NZ Australia, UK, and Germany have a top #tax rate of 45% and are not in the top 10 for tax rates. #NZ's 39% is embarrassing. cc. @NicolaWillisMP
Teaching and Learning is so much easier when you step off the treadmill and start actual learning.
Here's my post on my experiment this year.

As NZ enters its annual Exam phase, I wonder:
1. What % of #students respond to practice exam feedback? (is marking looked at?)
2. What % of #teachers will run class activity to ensure individual students breakdown the feedback and fill gaps?
Also ... #Exams prove what?
@alicekeeler Actually, I'm annoyed at you as I'd been off Twitter for a year as an anti-Musk thing and now you've gone and made Twitter useful again!! 😀
