@SW_Help Thanks for replying. Actually, the cancelled trains did not appear in the ‘live trains’ section of the app until 10 minutes before ETD. This was verified by your customer service desk at Richmond Station. Please speak to the dev team to work on push notifications

@SW_Help why was it that when I left work at 1915, your app wasn’t showing any delays or #cancellations. When I arrived at #RichmondStation at 1931, all #trains to my destination have been cancelled? 1) no push info from #SWR app 2) no plan for Depot strikes 3) no advance coms
