This was perfect from Julia Hartley-Brewer. Too many voices on the right are allowing Trumpโs sycophants and hypocrites to get away with this crap about Ukraine. Thankfully, she didnโt shy away from calling out Richard Tice and Reform.
Julia Hartley-Brewer clashes with Reform UK's Richard Tice as Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin begin talks to end the war in Ukraine.
@JuliaHB1: "Which part of Britain would you give away?"
Richard: "None at all."
Julia: "So itโs okay to give away a bit of Ukraine?"
@LBC OโBrien didnโt even have to talk about Farage at all. The emphasis shouldโve been on Henry Novak and trust in police following this tragedy. So OโBrien himself has trivialised things by going on about politics in the first place. He is more focused on his next monologue.
@LBC Whilst I could be persuaded about the renationalisation of the water sector, our failure to build reservoirs in recent decades is on government. As are the standards relating to the policing of our rivers/seas.
@EdKrassen So this one instance makes the UK a fake ally? If thatโs the level of reasoning we are dealing with how would Fox News describe Trumpโs aggression toward Canada and Greenland? Or his obstructive/hostile approach to Ukraine?
@TalkTV@JuliaHB1@KarlTurnerMP MP who supposedly wants a woman as leader makes the case in the most sexist, generalising and condescending way possible. What a moron.
@TalkTV@JuliaHB1 As a citizen of this country I am worried that the unscrupulous leadership at Reform would seek to bring in something equally abhorrent over here. Itโs part of why so many people will vote to stop them I suspect, even those who have voted Conservative in the past.
@TalkTV@JuliaHB1 We are talking about a federal system which seeks to guarantee immunity to murderers and an agency that has next-to-no accountability. And you are worried about protesters with mobile phones?
@LBC@lewis_goodall Despite caring about the environment myself, itโs practical matters like these which make the Greens a complete non-starter. You just canโt take them seriously. The Lib Dems need to be more vocal in my opinion.
@LBC@lewis_goodall Have to agree with Lewis. Labour wanting their own FBI, the right wanting their own ICEโฆ That doesnโt fill me with confidence at all. Why canโt we simply be ourselves?
When did centralising services and unit closures lead to a better outcome? Just look at the NHS.
@LBC@lewis_goodall Comfortably off, detached media figure talks about 80k as if it were incidental whilst ignoring those earning less. Does he want government to use its resources wisely or not?
@LBC@jhansonradio The problem with this rumoured policy is the evidence base. Both LBCโs own article and this presenter allude to what they believe, not what is statistically known. But then we get poorly thought-out legislation from this Labour government every week it seems.
@LBC@ei_movement As we have seen this week #Labour, #LBC and others are intent on creating policy which generalise/demonises young men as a group. To that end they will expand censorship and infringe the rights of consenting adults. Itโs shocking to see how authoritarian we are becoming.
@LBC What about those people who oppose removing the two child benefit cap because itโs a poor use of ยฃ3 billion? We couldโve use that money to improve childcare for everyone in the country, not as a gesture for backbenchers.
@LBC A number of those countries also spend more on private forms of healthcare , have fees or an insurance based component. We all know how Matthew Wright would react to those. The man is never sincere.
@WillyAitch I had commentary for the first possession in the Colts game only for it to disappear into a black hole during the commercial break.
Iโm hoping they sort this crap out in time for tomorrowโs games. I know itโs not the regular season but still, this subscription isnโt cheap.
